CRM Business Analyst

SoCode are excited to be working with a global life sciences business who provide products and services for biomolecule separations at all scales. Our client work alongside and supply some of the most prominent names in the healthcare sector, offering new solutions to transform human health. We are partnering with this inclusive organisation to recruit for a CRM Business Analyst.    

The responsibilities will include

  • Working alongside application and service domain leaders, acting as a business analyst and product owner to create a clear strategic direction that will deliver required capabilities on Salesforce.com and related platforms.
  • You will direct & coordinate requirements by balancing customer need with business strategy, minimized defects, and technical debt
  • Engage continuously with customers and stakeholders to understand their business goals and motivating factors.
  • Being a partner and an advisor for customers and stakeholders to align product and processes designs
  • Product backlog ownership: continuously refine and ensure that an agreed scope is always ready to move into development.
     

Requirements for this role

  • Skilled in breaking down problems, estimating efforts and proposing & analyzing impact of appropriate technology choices.
  • Have skills and ability to translate requirements to enterprise software features and experience with
  • Experience leading teams in a formal software development lifecycle environment following project management and governance process.
  • Familiarity with waterfall and iterative software implementation approaches
  • Familiarity in tools supporting SDLC such as Jira, Rally, Aris, MS Project, SmartSheet, LoadRunner, etc.
  • Translate unstructured or ambiguous requests into actionable user stories and work units through problem decomposition and planning.
  • Ability to create functional specification unambiguous and understandable for QA and Development team.
