SoCode are urgently recruiting for a Programme Manager on behalf of our exclusive client operating in the Financial Services sector in Cambridge. Our client is a well-known leading software house who are looking to grow their PMO function in line with their flourishing business.

This role would suit an experienced Programme Manager or a Senior Project Manager looking to make a step up who is working within the E-Commerce or Payments industries.

Working closely with the senior management and many different internal stakeholders (onshore and offshore), you will be responsible for leading and organising a team of 10 Project Managers and Business Analysts.  We would like to appoint someone who likes to be relatively hands on with Project Management and Planning as this would lead well within the culture of this business.

Key Skills:

E-Commerce / Payments / FinTech Experience

Software Development Lifecycle Experience

Expert knowledge of AGILE and traditional Project Management principles

Managing Large and Complex Project Environments

Transformational Experience into an AGILE Environment

Prince2 Qualification / SCRUM Master Qualification

Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills
