Richard Mould

Richard founded SoCode in 2016 and brings a wealth of board level experience to us from within the recruitment sector.

After 16 years of recruitment, specialising  in the field of technology recruitment in Cambridge, Richard has an extensive network of highly valued Client and Candidate relationships built on the foundations of mutual trust, honesty and delivery.

Overseeing our development and taking SoCode to our position of market leader is without doubt his proudest career achievement to date.  His passion for quality and delivery led recruitment for our candidates and clients remains his key focus.

Richard has won 12 awards for his contribution to recruitment within the Cambridge, technology space including the Archant Awards “Recruiter of the Year”

Outside of work, Richard is a very proud father to his 6 year old daughter Emily and wife Patrycja – who keep him very busy!
