SoCode are now looking for a Contract Test Equipment Engineers, the contract is for an initial 6 months with the opportunity to extend. My client is a world leader in their niche market and with one eye to the future they are looking to add a contractor to their team.

The Role;

We are looking for someone who can take control of the full development lifecycle including the design and development of equipment used for Prototyping, Conformance and production. You will be working with Suppliers as well as members of other teams as you Ensure the product meets the test and coverage requirements.

Experience in the Design of control cards is a bonus, specifically, Analogue, Digital and ATE (Automation Test Equipment).

Hardware Design

Test systems Design

Schematic Capture

Simulation (PSpice)

Prototyping

Production of Technical files, Test procedures and reports

EMC and EMI Certification
