Embedded Linux Engineer
My client are seeking an experienced Embedded Linux Engineer to develop and maintain the Yocto/OpenEmbedded platform for a communication gateway device.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and customise Digi's Yocto BSP for ConnectCore MP25 with custom meta-layers
• Integrate ALSA framework for real-time audio routing between USB, Ethernet (RTP), and PCM interfaces Firmware Updates & CI/CD:
• Design OTA update mechanism with dual-boot partitioning and rollback capabilities
• Set up automated Yocto build pipeline with continuous integration and hardware-in-the-loop testing
• Implement secure update verification and build artifact management
Required Skills:
• 5+ years experience with Yocto/OpenEmbedded
