SoCode are recruiting on behalf of our well known global client for a "Software L&D Manager".

This is a new and highly bespoke role within the business designed to add structure to the Engineering function and to also ensure that L&D and Junior Engineers within the business get an environemnt they can thrive in. 

You will take charge of the Annual Graduate Intake (approx 15) and Mentor/Coach juniors through the early stages of their career.

This role is about helping others and managing the Learning & Development Environment. It would suit someone who has mentored/coached Engineers in the past and is passionate about working in a progressive Agile Environment.
