What You'll Do You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team assembling and testing low-volume, high-precision electromechanical systems. Typical responsibilities include:
- Building light electromechanical assemblies to specification
- Performing occasional cable manufacturing and soldering
- Running RF and electrical tests using automated software
- Maintaining clear and accurate records of build processes and workflows
- Keeping a clean, organised workspace in line with ISO 9001 standards
- Contributing to process improvements and upholding quality standards
- Strong attention to detail, consistency, and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to follow technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and written documentation
- A proactive, can-do mindset
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Computer literate, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Soldering experience
- Familiarity with RF testing or spectrum monitoring equipment
- Full UK driving licence
- Build technology used in national security and critical communications
