An innovative and fast-growing technology company is seeking a Production Assembly Technician to join its manufacturing team. The business develops advanced radio frequency (RF) systems used in mission-critical applications across defence, security, and regulatory sectors.

This is a hands-on, quality-focused role ideal for someone who takes pride in precision and wants to help build world-class, high-performance products.

What You'll Do You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team assembling and testing low-volume, high-precision electromechanical systems. Typical responsibilities include:
  • Building light electromechanical assemblies to specification
  • Performing occasional cable manufacturing and soldering
  • Running RF and electrical tests using automated software
  • Maintaining clear and accurate records of build processes and workflows
  • Keeping a clean, organised workspace in line with ISO 9001 standards
  • Contributing to process improvements and upholding quality standards
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail, consistency, and quality craftsmanship
  • Ability to follow technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and written documentation
  • A proactive, can-do mindset
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Computer literate, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
Desirable Skills
  • Soldering experience
  • Familiarity with RF testing or spectrum monitoring equipment
  • Full UK driving licence
