SoCode have partnered on an Exclusive basis with our client - a small/medium IOT company (15 Employees) looking to expand due to a large contract win.  We have immediate requirements for 2x "IOT" Software Engineers to work on New Product Development and Prototype focussed work.

The work will be part-remote. 

You'll be working as part of a small but highly capable Engineering team for some highly impressive clients on cutting edge work.

 

Key Skills and Experience:

 

Person Skills:

 

-3+ Year of Commercial Software Engineering Experience

-Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills

-Flexible Skillset and Desire to Research and Learn new Technologies.

-Good level of Academic Studies

 

Technical Skills: (we dont expect anyone to have all of this just a desire to learn!) 

 

- Progamming Experience (C/Python/NodeJS/Java) 

- Experience with an Embedded / IOT / Connected Devices Environment 

- Strong Linux Experience

- AWS/Cloud Experience ( EC2/Lambda / API Gateways / SQL / No SQL / AWS IoT)

- Familiarity with Dev Ops / CI
