We are partnered again with one of our long-standing clients who is looking for a Technical Lead / Head of Engineering. They are an established company who have been the market leaders within content data for 15 years. They work with all the major vendors within broadcasting helping them make sense of their data.

This role will be close to technology and people helping with management and architecture of their product lines. They are looking for someone who can come in and take their technology forward by bringing new ideas. You will be given to autonomy to lead the team and technology only reporting to the CEO.

The candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Hands on experience with People Management
• Strong background in Java Development
• Exposure to Microservices
• Had previous experience with Architecture of new features and products,
• Ability to communicate well with a broad range of people, including Product Owners, Testers, Training and Product Support.
• Experience of using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and DevOps.
• Worked with Cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
