Scott Mundie

 Scott joined SoCode in February 2019.

Scott has progressed through the business from a recruitment consultant to managing the Norwich office. He grew up in the West Midlands and had several years in sales and business development roles and when he moved to Norwich, it was the right time for him to make the jump into recruitment.

"I love the career development here at SoCode and the ability to keep challenging yourself. Recruitment has pushed me outside of my comfort zone and helped me to develop as a person both as a manager and a consultant."

What did you want to be when you grew up?

"I wanted to be in the Navy but then realised I can't swim!"
