Senior Electronics Engineer

Job description

You’ll work on the initial prototypes, take it right through to manufacture, and then work onsite both in research and development, and then move the product through to manufacturing, and work in the manufacturing environment. Rather than climb on a plane to fly to the other side of the world, you’ll be working in a fully fitted manufacturing environment right here in Cambridge. You’ll work on the design, development, and testing on new and existing products, working with management to understand their requirements, largely focusing on products that better our environment.

 

An R&D engineering company, who have been awarded consecutively in recent years for their Manufacturing & RD center based here in Cambridge. You’ll work with a business that puts out its own products, and partners with start-ups to establish their products as well.

 

You’ll need experience with Electronics design, strong documentation ability, experience working on full product lifecycle, working on embedded designs. You’ll have the ability to read technical drawings for circuit diagrams and PCB schematics. You’ll be competent in taking the needs of the business and translating those into designs and electronics systems.
