SoCode are recruiting for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with experience of working within the Energy / Power sector for our Exclusive client, a Global Software House based centrally in Edinburgh, Scotland 

Working as part of a 15 person team which is growing to 20 over the next few months, you will be taking a critical role in working both internally and externally with customers in the Energy/Power sector to understand and bring business requirements to life.

Due to the nature of the customers base, prior experience and knowledge of working in the Energy / Power or Trading sector is going to be essential.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Working alongside Product Team and Customers to understand Product Development requirements and priorities.

- Writing Functional Specifications (includiing User Stories) to validate the proposed solution with the Product Managers.

- Working alongside Development and Testing Teams (Agile Processes).

- Contribution to SCRUM process.

- Experience of working in the Energy / Power / Trading / Commodities sectors is essential.
