Permenant 
London/Hybrid - 3 day in office 
Up to £130,000 +bonus

We are seeking a Managing Consultant to be the first Salesforce hire for our Higher Education practice. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will work with universities to deliver scalable solutions using Salesforce Education Cloud.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead digital transformation programs for universities, architecting Salesforce Education Cloud solutions for student records, admissions, advancement, and workflows.
  • Own end-to-end technical architecture and delivery for client engagements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to university executives and IT teams, translating business needs into robust, scalable solutions.
  • Establish coding standards and best practices; mentor and guide junior developers.
  • Stay ahead of Salesforce releases, proposing innovative ways to leverage AI, data, and cloud capabilities for clients.
What You’ll Bring
  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years in an Architect role.
  • Knowledge of Higher Education sector challenges and Salesforce Education Cloud.
  • Strong network of senior stakeholders in universities and proven ability to build client relationships.
  • Salesforce Certified Application or System Architect; Education Cloud Consultant preferred.
  • Experience with cross-cloud implementations and integration with other cloud and on-premise systems.
  • Commercial acumen with experience developing and selling consulting propositions.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
