Due to growth and success, my client is looking to recruit a high-calibre technologist to join their product development team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in both software and hardware and will have experience of creating automation frameworks from scratch using Python, Java or similar languages.

Principal responsibilities: 

• Strong focus on improving quality at all levels
• Hands on position leading multi-functional development teams 
• Planning, designing and performing test activities across a full system of multiple components 

Key skills/experience: 

• Strong Python skills 
• A strong understanding of continuous builds, integration and source control 
• Experience of architecting software test systems 
• Networking and network configuration in Linux (Red Hat and Ubuntu) 
• Technical or scientific degree
