Principal Electronics Engineer

Your role will be that of a Principal Electronics Engineer. You’ve worked on projects, from its creative inception, through to being manufactured, and you can bring this experience to where it’s really needed. Your experience as an allrounder, will come into use by being able to advise on where issues may arise, and where you can minimise cost on situations such as faulty PCB, or advise on EMC. You’ll take lead on your own projects, mentor and teach more junior engineers, and present to and be the main interface with your own clients. As an all-rounder, you can offer your expertise to different projects, either looking at High Speed Digital Design or circuit design. 

 

You’ll be in a modern workspace, with an on-site cafeteria. Technical Requirements

Microprocessor and microcontroller designs

Experience with memory sub-systems e.g. DDR, NAND, eMMC

Experience of communication interfaces and buses - USB, SPI, I2C

Low power circuit design for battery powered products

Experience interacting with Software teams at the device driver level

Design for EMC/ESD protection

Design for Manufacturing and Test
