This role is fully onsite, 5 days a week, working with a collaborative and professional team dedicated to operational excellence and top-tier customer experience.

As part of the Global Business Operations Team, you’ll play a key role in the end-to-end order management process, ensuring everything from customer engagement to accurate data entry and internal coordination runs smoothly. You’ll be working across multiple departments and systems, contributing to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience working in order management, sales operations, or a similar function
• A strong eye for detail and a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal

• Familiarity with systems like Salesforce, Oracle, and Microsoft Office
