SoCode have partnered with a rapidly scaling business who are true pioneers in the way we look at sustainability - in their search for a Marketing Manager.

Based in Peterborough, you'll closely work with their CMO, Director of Sales & Marketing, and agency partners across PR and Creative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute a global marketing and communications strategy across digital, events, and campaigns
• Manage day-to-day marketing tools & platforms: social, website, email marketing, internal comms, and content planning
• Own and evolve the content calendar, aligning messaging across print and digital channels
• Collaborate with creative and PR agency partners to grow brand visibility and earned media presence
• Coordinate and execute key trade shows, industry events, and product launches – maximizing brand presence and ROI
• Support sales and product teams with tailored messaging, decks, and go-to-market toolkits
• Manage and measure ongoing campaigns and initiatives, identifying KPIs and optimizations
• Oversee internal communications and employee engagement around company and product milestones, events, and media coverage
• Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all touchpoints, including design and copy
• Maintain key marketing systems and subscriptions (e.g., trademarks, domains, marketing tools)
• Support internal event coordination in partnership with HR
