IT Analyst | £30,000 to £35,000 | Ely, Cambridgeshire | Hybrid-Working 

Are you an IT Analyst with a passion for data?  This role combines 1st line IT support, troubleshooting, data skills , and user training to deliver a positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain IT equipment
• Serve as a key user for ERP systems
• Collaborate with management to create reports, dashboards, and data queries
• Support on-boarding, maintain documentation, and create presentations for Stakeholders

Key Skills:

• Proven first-line IT support skills, including troubleshooting hardware/software, Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, and remote support tools
• Experience using SQL, Excel and Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach
