​James joined SoCode in March 2024.

"I specialise recruiting within IT Support and Infrastructure across the East Anglia Region, where getting to meet new people and build relationships is not only the rewarding aspects of the job, but also the bit I enjoy the most!

Born and raised in Norfolk, I graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a 2:1 in Sports Development, with the aspirations for a career in Sport, however was quick to realise my skills were better suited elsewhere. I explored recruitment as a career option and have spent the last 2..5 years working within the industry, where SoCode have since given me the opportunity to further my knowledge and career."

Where would we find you outside of work?

"If I am not watching my childhood club West Ham United, you can find me spending my downtime with my Partner and our Son, Noah."
