SoCode is partnering with a leading Engineering SME as they seek to further expand their Sales team. The business has a comprehensive remote onboarding programme in place during these uncertain times, so is ready to hire. Their innovative product range continues to experience high demand globally. This position is to further develop Middle East and Asian markets in the heavy manufacturing sector.
You will be expected to be an Engineering graduate with extensive practical experience and commercial ability. An expert relationship builder, you will develop your core market and expand the customer base. You will already have experience of selling using your technical knowledge and be happy to travel internationally around 5 to 6 times a year for an extended period. You will be trained on the full product range.
- Substantial B2B technical sales experience within an engineering field
- Proven track record of of developing new business
- Proven account manager
- Excellent networking and relationship building skills
- Strong people influencing skills
- An ability to speak and write technical information in English to a high standard
- Degree in an engineering discipline
Basic salary offered is in the region of £40,000 with a highly realistic OTE of £60,000.
