HR Business Partner

Job description

SoCode is partnering with a leading global technology business in their search for a HR Business Partner to support their highly successful European Sales team. Operating across 11 European countries, the HR Business Partner will deliver the people agenda of this high performing division. Working closely with the global HR team they will be a trusted partner for worldwide HR initiatives taking a leading role on specific projects and contributing to strategy. Day-to-day they will take the lead on generalist HR for the Cambridge office covering Employee Relations, Recruitment and Onboarding. The business is passionate about career development with structured plans tailored to individual strengths.

 

The HR Business Partner will have sound exposure to the technology sector ideally having supported high performing sales teams in the past. They will be an expert in current employment law and will have preferably previously supported European teams. CIPD Qualifications and/or Business Management certificates would be highly desirable.

 

Skills required:

 

  • Experienced business partner in technology or related field
  • Previously had responsibility for UK and European compensation and benefits
  • Ability to manage global projects with remote teams
  • Customer first approach to embed HR initiatives
  • Competent with all fields of generalist HR

 

The business is keen to have someone in post no later than April 2020 and is ready to interview straight away. An industry leading benefits package is available that also includes remote working.
