SoCode are working alongside a well-known multi-national electronics manufacturing organisation based in Cambridge in their search for a Group Software Director.

This is a new opening, created as part of a large expansion of the Global business and Cambridge site - The Group Software Director will report directly into the Executive team and holds a key position on the R&D leadership team. The Group Software Director will hold a global remit, managing geographically dispersed teams to deliver a co-ordinated approach to software development.

Software and Product Strategy along with Leadership and People/Stakeholder management form key elements of this position. Your immediate task will be to assist in the rapid growth and organisation of a highly successful organisation which has attracted a huge amount of investment and will require an additional 120 heads in 2018 as part of their global expansion.

Product Experience (Embedded/Real-time Electronics Exposure)
