Position:              ETL Developer

Location:             Central London

Type:                    Permanent

Package:              £50K + Pension  & 10% Bonus

 

Purpose of the role: To improve the reporting function of MI to all relevant stakeholders, our client is looking to for an experienced ETL Developer .This role will work closely with the Head of MI, to provide MI insight to their clients. The ETL Developer will be responsible for creating ETL reports, ensuring the software is built in a consistent manner and supporting deployments where necessary.

Responsibilities: Develop, maintain and support ETL routines using Talend. Creating and tuning SQL queries required for efficient data migration/extraction processes. Participate in development in KANBAN or Agile Scrum environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong SQL & Java coding experience

Business Intelligence experience

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Competence with testing, flowchart and data mapping tools & procedures

Experience working with one or more BI tools such as; YellowFin, Qlick, Tableau or Business Objects

Educated to degree level with proven experience on similar role
