  • Testing & Validation: Assist in developing and executing test plans, support integration activities, and document technical outcomes in reports and reviews.
  • Technical Involvement: Actively participate in hardware design reviews and support the assembly and testing phases.
  • Team Support: Guide and mentor junior team members, helping to share knowledge and build skills within the department.
  • Collaborative Working: Engage with colleagues across departments – including software, production, and quality – to ensure smooth, cohesive product delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest enhancements to engineering practices and processes.
  • Customer Perspective: Understand how engineering decisions affect internal stakeholders and keep customer needs front of mind.
What do I need to be successful?

  • Proven experience working in electronics design engineering, ideally within a communications or high-tech environment.
  • Familiarity with:
    • Analogue, digital, and RF circuit design
    • Prototyping and board-level development
    • Communications systems and modulation
    • The full product lifecycle, from concept to release
