You’ll be joining a highly skilled team, working on innovative robotics, inspection cameras, and monitoring systems for use in extreme conditions.

What will I be doing?
Working closely with the Principal Electronics Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the assembly and testing of electronic/electrical systems used in high-performance, field-deployable tools. Responsibilities include:
Component & Device Assembly
- Assemble electronics and sub-systems including soldering, wiring, crimping, and mounting PCBs
- Integrate components into complex assemblies with a high degree of care and accuracy
- Inspect, test, and calibrate systems to ensure functionality and reliability
- Use tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and custom jigs to perform diagnostics and verification
- Follow detailed build instructions, schematics, and SOPs
- Maintain accurate production records and support inventory tracking and stock management
What do I need to be successful?
Must-Haves
- Technical diploma or equivalent experience in electronics or electrical assembly
- Minimum 3 years’ experience assembling electronic products (wiring and cabling)
- Proficient with soldering, wire prep, crimping, and basic electronic test equipment
- Comfortable reading and interpreting schematics and technical documentation
- Reliable communicator with good attention to detail
- Legally eligible to work in the UK
- IPC Certification (soldering/assembly standards)
- Experience with inventory control or ERP systems
- Fault-finding skills and experience debugging electronics in a production environment
