SoCode are recruiting for a Director of Software for our client, a fast growing Electronics company going through significant investment and change based in the Cambridge region.

Our client is working in the Big Data / IOT space and will be growing significantly in 2019.

This role will report in to the VP Enigneering and will take leadership of 20-30 Multidisciplinary Software Engineers. Suitable candidates for this post should display the following experience and attributes:

 

- Leadership of People (20+)

- Leadership of Processes (Agile / Scrum) 

- Industry experience in Electronics / Consumer Electronics and Devices

- Management of Architecture and Projects

- Exceptional Communication Skills 

 

A salary of £80,000 - £100,000 will be on offer alongisde a share scheme, generous holiday allowance, Life/Health Cover and easy site access/parking in a modern facility based in South Cambridge.
