Customer Success Manager

With a salary on offer of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience + benefits and hybrid working, could this be the next step in your career?

This role will also likely involve some overseas travel!

As a CSM, you will already know what your role consists of, however, you will be involved in things like:

-          Establishing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with enterprise accounts as well as training the end users

-          Creating success plans in partnership with customers; onboarding, training, driving utilisation and business reviews, ensuring customer value and retention through successful product use

-          Responsible for understanding the customer journey and identifying any pain points and bottlenecks to improve their experience

-          Complying with best practise operating strategies and providing ideas and feedback to enhance and improve as well as delivering against defined OKRs.

-          Translating customer insights into actionable tasks to be shared with your team and supporting collaboration across departments, driving change.

-          Working closely with the sales team, aligning on strategies, products, coverage plans etc. As well as the Product and Engineering team to provide feedback and help make any changes to the product to enhance customer satisfaction.

-          Liaising with the technical team to support customers through deployment phase, through to quarterly and annual reviews

-          Demonstrate ROI with customers and establishing metrics to advise on best practises and optimisation of the products.

-          Making sure the business has achieved awareness coverage across the accounts

This isn’t a ‘technical’ role, but you will need to be able to understand the products and meaningfully talk about them internally, and to the customers.
