We’re currently recruiting five New Business Managers for a leading and highly respected pharmaceutical company undergoing exciting growth and transformation. These are field-based, customer-facing roles with established territories ready to be taken over and developed further.

What You’ll Need
- ABPI qualification (essential)
- Ideally 2–3+ years’ experience in a similar KAM or BD role
- Previous responsibility for multiple products or therapy areas
- Strong understanding of the NHS landscape (primary and secondary care)
- Science or Pharma degree preferred
- Confident in both face-to-face and virtual customer engagement (Teams/Zoom)
- Analytical mindset – comfortable using data to identify opportunities
- Must live in or very close to the relevant region
- £55,000–£65,000 base salary (depending on experience)
- £10–15k bonus potential in year one
- £7k car allowance or electric company car
