What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing 2nd line technical support across a range of SME clients
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues across Windows Server environments
- Managing and maintaining Active Directory and Group Policy
- Supporting Azure AD / Entra, Office 365, Exchange Online
- Participating in system upgrades, migrations, and project work
- Contributing to documentation and process improvements
- Escalating complex issues where needed and working closely with senior engineers
- Proven experience in a 2nd Line or Systems Administrator role within an MSP (or similarly fast-paced environment)
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, including user/group admin and GPO
- Hands-on experience with Azure / Azure AD
- Solid understanding of Office 365 administration
- Experience troubleshooting Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and backup solutions
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- A proactive approach—keen to learn and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
