About the Role We’re looking for a skilled Google Workspace Administrator to own the configuration, security, and ongoing management of our Google Workspace environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our users have a secure, reliable, and well-optimized collaboration platform while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical ownership and user-facing problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Admin Console, etc.)
  • Manage user accounts, groups, shared drives, licenses, and organizational units
  • Configure and enforce security policies (MFA, DLP, context-aware access, data retention)
  • Monitor system health, usage, and security alerts
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, and role changes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Google Workspace-related issues
  • Integrate Google Workspace with third-party tools and identity providers
  • Maintain documentation, procedures, and best practices
  • Support audits, compliance requirements, and security reviews
  • Provide tier 2/3 support and guidance to end users and IT teams
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience administering Google Workspace in a business environment
  • Strong knowledge of Google Admin Console and security settings
  • Experience with identity and access management (SSO, MFA, user lifecycle)
  • Understanding of email security, data protection, and compliance concepts
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex user and configuration issues
