SoCode are recruiting for a Test Manager for our Exclusive client based in Central London operating in the Payments / Banking sector. 

Our client is a genuine industry changer and one of the UK's fastest growing start-up, FinTech companies.  Our client is looking to grow their Development and QA functions significnatly this year - in the last 6 months there have already been 30 new hires made.  

The Development and QA functions are operating on cutting edge modern technolgies. The new Test Manager will be expected to be on top of modern and emerging QA and Development techniques and tools.

The Test Manager is a new position in the company and will be responsible for managing the fast growing QA function.

You will immediately be responsible for managing a group of highly skilled  Automation Testers (Selenium / C#) who are already in place but also responsible for recruitng and growing the team during a period of significant growth.

Due to the nature of the company and seniority of this role it will be very useful to have a background of working in the Payments/Banking Sector.

 

Key Skills and Experience:

Payments / Banking Industry Experience Payments experience (FPS, CHAPS, BACs, SEPA etc)

Start - Up Mentality and a willingness to assist with hands on work if required (Greenfield Work)

Strategy / Management Experience of QA Professionals

Test Automation using C# 

Knowledge of Agile Methodology

Strong Stakeholder Engagement

Relevant Test/QA qualification (ISEB) etc.
