  • Technical Delivery Oversight
    • Coordinate across technology teams to ensure alignment with low latency architecture goals.
    • Track progress of platform migration activities
    • Facilitate resolution of technical dependencies and risks across workstreams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as a central point of coordination between Risk, Risk IT, Front Office, Infrastructure and other relevant teams.

    • Ensure clear communication of program status, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Governance & Reporting
    • Maintain RAID logs, delivery dashboards, and program documentation.
    • Support budget tracking, resource planning, and vendor coordination.
    • Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory expectations.

    • Drive continuous improvement in PMO processes and reporting standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience:
    • 8–10 years in PMO, program delivery, or technical project management roles within investment banking or capital markets.
    • Proven experience supporting technology transformation or platform modernisation programs.
    • Exposure to low latency technologies is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Strong technical acumen and ability to engage with engineering and architecture teams.
    • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency in project tools and reporting platforms.
  • Knowledge:

Qualifications:
