Manufacturing Business Central Lead Consultant

This is a key role for someone who enjoys combining hands-on solution design with leadership — helping clients streamline complex manufacturing operations through smart ERP solutions.
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end D365 Business Central implementations, working closely with clients to understand their processes, design solutions, and lead successful project delivery.

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end D365 Business Central implementations, working closely with clients to understand their processes, design solutions, and lead successful project delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Business Central (D365 BC) implementations from discovery through to go-live, with a focus on manufacturing and supply chain.
- Translate client requirements into functional designs, workflows, and configurations.
- Advise clients on best practices in production planning, MRP, inventory, and shop floor control.
- Oversee solution build and testing, managing internal consultants and external stakeholders.
- Support data migration, integration, and training activities.
- Act as the go-to subject matter expert for all things Business Central Manufacturing.
- Contribute to solution enhancements, IP development, and team capability growth.
- Proven experience delivering D365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV implementations.
- Deep functional knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, and inventory modules.
- Strong business process understanding and the ability to translate operational needs into ERP solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams through delivery.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central are desirable.
