Talent Acquisition Specialist

SoCode are looking for an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist with our ambitious growth plans for 2022 and beyond.

In this role, you’ll be the point of contact for all internal recruitment activity and will be taking charge of ensuring the talent pipeline is aligned to our business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-        Proactively Identify, Approach and Secure Talent at all levels of experience for SoCode. We expect this to be circa 15-20 heads per annum across multiple locations – Norwich, Cambridge and London initially with International hires in the near future (US & Germany).

-        Conduct all initial candidate screening calls and ensure a high calibre of candidates progresses through to interview process.

-        Ensure a great candidate experience and SLA for all applications.

-        Work in collaboration with our valued Recruitment Partners (Rec to Rec community)

-        Drive and encourage Referrals amongst existing employees.

-        Work closely with Board of Directors to take ownership, build and improve our Employer Brand via the use of Social Media, Marketing Material and Events across various territories and disciplines.

-        Consideration for Succession Planning for all staff members.

-        Onboarding for new staff members and support throughout their first 3 months with the business.
