System Lead (Cambridge)

We're seeking a talented Systems Lead to spearhead a groundbreaking new project focused on safeguarding critical digital assets.

In this pivotal role, you'll:

• Lead a team of skilled engineers, fostering a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• Build strong relationships with clients across diverse industries, understanding their unique needs and challenges.

• Leverage your expertise to develop impactful solutions, ensuring the success of our innovative project.

• Partner with internal teams, from in-house development to manufacturing, to bring solutions to life.

• Security Clearance required

You'll be a perfect fit if you have:

• Proven experience as a Senior Systems Lead or similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of systems engineering principles and practices.

• A passion for innovation and a desire to solve complex problems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.

• Experience working in an agile environment.

Bonus points for:

• Experience in the defence industry.

• A strong understanding of digital asset protection challenges.

• Experience in Cryptography
