System Administrator (DevOps) - Cambridge

SoCode has partnered with a growing AI company based in Cambridge who are looking for 10 System Administrators and Operations Engineers in 2019 due to their growth.

To be successful you will need to be an experienced System Administrator with extensive experience within Windows and Linux support working in complex computing infrastructure. You will be developing and maintaining the ops infrastructure for customers and internal processes, along with contributing to continuous improvement of operational processes. You will be selecting, deploying and operate tools and technologies which involve automating key processes and protecting the infrastructure and date from any cyber threats. Other parts of the role will be to monitor usage growth and act proactively should resource limits be reached, which will require you to generate reports on how well the processes and infrastructure are performing.

You will have ideally have at least 3 years of experience and expertise in Linux, MacOS and Windows. Experience within Ansible / Puppet and scripting skills in Python along with foundation knowledge with cybersecurity are also required. It is desirable to have experience within AWS, Google Cloud or Azure and have familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
