Working Env: 4-days on-site / 1-day WFH / week
The company is an early-stage, Cambridge-based start-up, set to impact and transform the healthcare sector via their AI digital solutions. With exciting plans to grow, they are now in need of a Staff Software Engineer to join the team.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will take ownership of their high-performance / low-latency video-streaming system – A component of their technology being developed on Linux using Rust, alongside other open-source real-time communication technologies.

Key Requirements:
- Experience programming with C/C++, Rust or Functional Programming language.
- Experience programming on Linux OS.
- Experience engineering high throughput / low latency, real-time systems with exposure to networking software & memory management.
Desired, but not essential:
- Experience working in a regulated environment and/or on video-streaming software.
- Experience with WebRTC.
- Experience with IOS/Android App development.
