What you’ll be doing

• Lead the design and delivery of innovative software solutions for enterprise clients
• Create and assure key architectural artefacts including design decisions, high-level designs, and technical option papers
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and senior stakeholders to define the technical vision and establish architectural guardrails
• Operate across multiple architecture domains, contributing to both client and internal projects
• Drive continuous improvement and uphold agile delivery best practices

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on software engineering background, ideally having led development teams
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and delivery methodologies
• Experience working across domains such as Application, Technology, or Security Architecture
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF, SAFe, or Scrum
• A collaborative mindset and passion for problem-solving in fast-paced environments

The package

• Salary: £80,000–£105,000 
• Bonus, healthcare, pension, and share scheme
• Hybrid working – typically 2+ days onsite or with clients
