 Our client is going through a significant business transformation and as such has created the new role of Software Development Manager within the organisation. Hands on leadership will be a key part of this role - suitable candidates should have strong experience and be prepared to wear many hats.

This could suit an existing Software Development Manager or an established Lead Developer/Architect looking to make a step up. 

Essential Experience:

Software Development (C# / ASP.Net / SQL)

• System Design and Architecture
• Experience in Agile Practices / SCRUM Methodology
• Mentoring, Coaching, Management Exposure
• Outstanding Stakeholder Management
• Outstanding Communication Skills

 Desirable Experience:

 Working with remote (UK and International) Development Teams
