3rd Line Engineer | £40,000 to £50,000 | Hitchin based, Flexi-working | Driving License is essential
This Opportunity is a chance to work with an MSP who DO things differently. NO KPI's and Customer Satisfaction is paramount for their business.
The 3rd Line Engineer position involves a mix of on-site customer support, remote troubleshooting and project delivery. You’ll be able to work closely with a variety of clients to optimise their IT Systems as well as serving as an escalation point for more advanced technical issues.

Key Skills:
- Experience of working within Windows Server environments (2016-2022) as well as Active Directory, AD Sync and Group Policies
- Clear working experience of configuring and maintaining network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routing, VLANs, VPNs and Firewalls.
- A history of working in deploying and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions, including Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Experience of troubleshooting and managing devices and policies using Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Microsoft Intune.
- Working experience of Hyper-V within previous roles.
- Experience of working within an MSP previously is essential
