SoCode are recuiting a Software Manager for one of our key customers in the Cambridge Technology region. 

Our client is a well known local employer in the Technology sector and has seen record sales for their products in Q1/Q2 2020 - a new Software Manager who is passionate about Agile is required in order to manage and develop 10 new employees that have been hired in the last few months. 

We're looking for a Software Manager who cares more about PEOPLE AND PROCESS than they do about PRODUCT or TECHNOLOGY. You'll join an established team of Agile / Software Leaders who are passionate about BEST PRACTICE and CULTURE within the organisation.

- Previous Software Engineering Experience
