SoCode are recruiting on behalf of one of our well-known globally trading Semiconductor clients in Cambridge for a Senior Program Manager. This is a new role that has been created due to a rapid growth plan which will account for an increase of 50 heads in 2017.

The successful candidate will need a strong technical understanding in the ChipSet / Semiconductor sector due to the nature of the software and chips that are in development.

You will be a great influencer who is passionate about making company wide improvements and responsible for the timely delivery of all Engineering projects and programs. Taking ownership of processes, co-ordinating cross-functional alignment and key relationship management all form critical parts of this role.

You will require an up-to date and modern methodology with a pro-change and positive mindset. This role will require an outstanding communicator and people management ability at all organisational levels.
