During COVID 19 they launched a new end to end platform to provide virtual, personalized solutions to homeowners with expert guidance through video, call, and chat.
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Product Manager to join their consumer experience product team. Your role as the Senior Product Manager will be to oversee the remote assist customer experience ensuring customers receive a personalized experience whilst optimizing revenue and retention.
- Previous experience as a Product Manager ideally in a start-up environment.
- Showcase the ability to build a roadmap and execute large scale UX and technical initiatives.
- Be a certified scrum master.
- Prior experience with B2C
- You will have strong analytical skills as well as communications skills.
- Ideally you will be from a development or UX background.
- It is beneficial if you have experience with video calling systems.
