Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers and team members to prioritize impactful projects.
- Lead the development and deployment of statistical models and algorithms.
- Analyze large customer data sets, identifying risks and testing assumptions.
- Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team strategy.
- Recruit and grow our Data Science team.
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or other programming languages.
- Experience with real-time machine learning model deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ph.D. or advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience with Linux, SQL, and version control (Git).
- Background in banking and payments.
