​Ryan began his SoCode journey in December 2021 specialising in the Java market across the Cambridge and London area.

The whole team at SoCode has taught me the ropes of recruitment from the ground up, everyone is willing to get involved and offer support as I learn and develop the best practices to improve my performance."

What advice would you give someone looking to get into recruitment?

"For anyone thinking of getting into recruitment, my best advice would be to have trust in yourself to perform and grow within a business... jump at the opportunity! Recruitment really is the type of role where you get out what you put in (and more). My colleagues really inspire me to get better and improve."

Where would we find you outside of work?

"You would find me playing vast amounts of football (3-4 times a week), it's something I really enjoy and allows me to keep myself fit and busy over my evenings and weekends."
