Who is the role with?

With an unlimited R&D budget, and partnered with the biggest name in luxury beverages, this well-funded start-up is simply one of a kind. The product they design and manufacture in high volumes is a first of its kind, and by using new technology the company has managed to partner with household names all over the world, including corporate companies too who bulk order the products to give to their employees.

Sounds interesting, what exactly would I be doing?

Great question. As the company continues to grow at a rapid pace, they are looking for a team of experienced chemical engineers with knowledge in chemical coatings, polymerisation, biopolymers, and polymers to accelerate the chemical processing side of the business.

The start-up works in short, high-volume product runs so the ideal person would have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

That’s something I have done before! What do I need to get an interview?

- A great attitude – seriously, culture fit is the number one priority for this company as they continue to scale!

- A degree in Chemical Engineering or related.

Okay, what else would put me above the rest?

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to deal with short notice changes.

- 2+ years’ experience having worked in a chemical coatings environment.
