In this role, you’ll be responsible for orchestrating resources, driving collaboration between internal teams and external partners, and ensuring all stakeholders have clear expectations and measurable goals. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional service, enable frictionless commerce, and lead successful outcomes—especially in retail operations and POS deployment projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and execution of project plans, ensuring timely delivery in partnership with the Client Success Manager (CSM) and clients.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and resources, maintaining alignment to meet deadlines and key milestones.
  • Set timelines, assign and monitor tasks, and ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
  • Track and secure sign-offs for LOEs, designs, requirements, and other approvals.
  • Identify and escalate delays, risks, and issues through the proper channels.
  • Manage project budgets and track time allocation.
  • Report project status and closure updates to the Operations Director.
  • Prioritise internal workloads across active projects and outstanding requests.
  • Maintain project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Partner with clients and the Service Team to develop rollout and go-live plans, applying retail POS best practices.
  • Lead VIP client calls and engage effectively with C-level executives.
Required Experience
  • Strong experience in managing retail-focused projects, including end-to-end POS implementation and deployment.
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
