Project Manager | Mission Critical Technology | 5 Days on Site Required
Salary: Β£60k - Β£75k depending on experience

I am working with a growing technology business delivering mission critical products used across public safety and critical infrastructure.
They are looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of multiple complex projects, driving delivery from development through to manufacturing handover.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across software, hardware, and product teams, removing blockers, managing stakeholders, and keeping delivery on track in a fast-moving environment.

What you will be doing:
πŸ”Ή Leading multiple complex projects end to end
πŸ”Ή Owning delivery to time, cost, and quality
πŸ”Ή Working closely with engineering, product, and senior stakeholders
πŸ”Ή Planning and running project meetings, sprints, and retrospectives
πŸ”Ή Managing risks, dependencies, and resource constraints
πŸ”Ή Supporting teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions

What they are looking for:
πŸ”Ή 5+ years’ experience delivering complex product development projects
πŸ”Ή Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
πŸ”Ή Background in embedded software or integrated hardware and software products
πŸ”Ή Confident communicator who knows when to lead and when to escalate
πŸ”Ή Formal project management training or certification preferred

Nice to have:
πŸ”Ή Exposure to LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or TETRA technologies
πŸ”Ή Experience in regulated or mission critical environments
