SoCode are looking for a Senior Project Manager for our established client who are operating and established in the Consumer Electronics/ Wireless domain.  Our client is in the business of saving lives -  their products are used on a global scale for people to communicate in extreme environments.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to be involved in the whole product development lifecycle (concept to production). You’ll need to be extremely Delivery led and come with a track record of success in a complex and challenging multi-disciplinary Engineering environment.

In this unique environment you’ll be working with stakeholders across all areas of the business within Procurement, Hardware and Software Engineering, Conformance, Product Strategy, Sales, Finance and Logistics. You’ll be running project meetings and using PM tools and techniques to achieve project objectives and budget targets. Your approach will help to build a high performance culture and team.

Key Skills and Experience:

Strong Experience in similar Project Management positions

Experience of operating within the Electronics / Semiconductor / Wireless / Telecommunications industry

Experience in a Multi-Disciplinary Engineering environment

Prince 2 (Or other Project Management Qualifications) & Agile/Waterfall Methodology Experience

Rewards & Next Steps:

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a basic salary in the £60,000 - £75,000 range DOE along with an excellent benefits and rewards package. You’ll be working a 4.5 day week  and receive an excellent pension scheme with 25D PA Holiday, Health and Life Insurance, easy parking and access to an excellent on-site restaurant for employees.

We’ll need candidates to be on site for at least 4 days a week, remote working can’t be considered due to the product nature of the business.
