Electronics/Product Support Engineer - Cambridge - £25-£35k

Our client, who are a market leader in the design and production of critical communication products, systems and applications are currently looking for someone to join their Support Desk team based in Cambridge.

You will be working closely with our client’s global customer base helping them solve their technical problems with our client’s wide and diverse product portfolio. You will be working in an Electronics/Product environment so anyone from a telecommunication, Wi-Fi or radio/audio background will thrive in this environment. This role will require some on site customer engineering visits so a you must be willing to travel for this role.

This role is based in their beautiful offices reside just 7-9 miles north of Cambridge.

A successful candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in a customer facing environment within an electronics product environment.
  • Eligible for UK Security Clearance.
  • Eagerness to learn the company's products.
  • Experience in a server-based software system would be a desirable skill (e.g. SQL Server 2008).

Our clients are offering an attractive salary ranging from £25,000 - £35,000 including generous benefits such as flexible working hours, attractive pension, etc.
